I would not recommend staying at Darby Terrace Apartments located at 4501 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC, 28205, unless you are used to armed robberies, break ins, murders, ladies and men of the night, illegal pharmaceuticals, and other heinous crimes. Do not take my word for it, investigate it yourself on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department's website. They keep all of the crime statistics by addresses. Furthermore, check out the long cracks in the ceiling in unit #46 and stay there at your own risk! In addition, they take the stance that they can ""and will"" enter your apartment at anytime for any reason they deem necessary. So if you have privacy issues, you may want to look elsewhere.
