I have stayed at Darby Terrace for the last 4 years for work related issues, and have found it to be above all extremely satisfactory. THE entire staff is not only professional, but will respond to your needs immediately. Whoever wrote the comments that they relocated after 7 years, well, if you would read your own signed legal document called a lease and followed it through, there would OBVIOUSLY not be any issues. Why should you have any special treatment over any other tenant?
Pros: lots of activities in the neighborhood, including food/shopping
Cons: Central Ave is a major city street
