I ordered my wedding cake from here and ithe experience really was a horrible example of customer service, which is unfortunate, given that the cake itself tasted fantastic and looked great. I was jerked around by the ""wedding coordinator"", lied to by the manager, given misinformation by just about everyone involved, overcharged, and THEN, as if that wasn't enough, my wedding cake wasn't even delivered on time. They showed up with the cake AFTER the reception began. No apologies, no offer to make things right, just snippy answers from the less than professional staff. Such a shame.

Cons: Hideous service, dishonesty
