They are not a company that stands behind there word. They did damage to the vehicle and the owner Ron agreed to pay for the parts (he would not pay for labor since we did not use one of his mechanics, which I understood and thought was fair) so we went ahead with the repairs based on our agreement. Two days later I called and confirmed the part total of $555 with Ron and that the work was done and we were going to pick up the vehicle and he said to fax him the bill. He even called back and said he wanted the parts, again fair. Then hours before going to pick up the vehicle he backed out of the agreement. The owner didn't even call me himself to tell me. He had his dispatcher call.. Now we are having to hire and attorney and go to court with two certified mechanics willing to testify on my behalf.
