I bought my home in 1998.Was locked out of my final walk through. Had already enrolled my kids in johnston county schools and let my apartment in raleigh go so I had no choiuce but to sign and move in because we had nowhere to go. what a mistake! The AC unit broke down the first year. I poured money into fixing it until it finally couldn't be fixed anymore. Then the septic tank started acting up. I've lived here 13 years AND SO Far I've spent 8,000.00 getting work done on my septic system including new lines. I had the man out here today and I've got to pay another 625.00 this year for more work. He found out that it wasn't installed properly to begin with and the inspector should never have approved it. I am too poor to sue anyone but that's okay because I serve a mighty god in the Lord Jesus Christ and He has always made a way for me and my children even when it looked like I wouldn't make it. He will take care of Mr Clifton and everyone else involved in His own way in His own good time. I pray that they repent for all the heartbreak and misery they've caused others with their shady business dealings and accept God's great mercy through the Lord Jesus Christ. I forgave them a long time ago and decided to leave it in God's hands.
