HORRIBLE service. I am a single mom of 2 babies and I waited 1.5 MONTH to get anything done. First, they gave me wrong information on the cameras available. Then - never sent me an estimate for 2 weeks. Then I started calling them every day, with my babies on my arms, asking for an astimate. They never fallowed up, so I had to call every day reminding them to send me the estimate. After 1.5 month still no service. When I called and explained that I must leave the state for a business trip and was counting on the cameras being set up for my babies, the OWNER said they apologise and that they wont do it. The appointment was on a Thursday, after 1.5 month of waiting and on a Wednesday they told me - NO. \r
HORRIBLE.
