I hired Dominion to fill gaps under my concrete steps and clearly told the owner Greg that I wanted the gaps under the platform and sides of the steps filled. His crew didn't do the sides and insisted they were told to just fill the gap under the platform. They demanded payment and said it would cost more money to fill the side gaps. I called Greg and instead of trying to remedy the situation he repeatedly told me that his estimate was just for the platform even though I told him before hiring him that the job must include the side gaps as well. He refused to resolve the situation, demanded payment and insisted I was wrong. That's customer service for you...why would I hire a crew to do incomplete work. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job at additional cost. DO NOT HIRE Dominion Landscaping. The owner is unreasonable and belligerent.
