I should have called before boarding my two cats! They do not notify you what the rates are to board, they use the philosophy "" that you should have asked, if you wanted to know"". We boarded our cat in 2005 and the cost was $7.50 a night. \r
I was to shocked to get a bill for $324.00 for 9 days of boarding for the 2 cats! The staff was very snobbish and really didn't care that we had a problem with the bill. The sad part is we have used this vet for the last 10 years and we will be looking elsewhere after this!
