Review content:
We had several bad experiences at this Vet! First, we had our dog neutered while we were out of town. They decided to use an Elizabithan collar to keep him from licking his wounds, but they never changed it and his neck got infected when drool pooled around his neck and the collar was cutting into his skin. They decided to treat his open wounds (which they caused) with expensive antibiotics and NEVER CALLED US to inform us that anything had happened!!!! We were not told of anything until the 7th day and were charged for multiple procedures and medicines. In a second experience, he came home with a Urinary Tract Infection and they charged us for this medicine too!!! They staff behind the desk are unprofessional and unhelpful. They charge you for all of their mistakes and refuse to take any responsibility for anything that happens to your pet.
