Review content:
About a year ago I purchased a washer/dryer unit from Sears. Instead of buying my from Home Depot I chose Sears because of the great warranty. Little did I know that the warranty really wasn't worth it. On September 4, 2007 we called to have our washer fixed because it stopped spinning. They told us they would not be able to come out till September 11,2007. I am trying to run a business so we do on average 3 to 4 loads a day. So now myself and my employees are driving to the laundry mat. Not only am I paying more in laundry services but gas and wages as well. September 11th finally came. When the repair man came he told us now he can't come back till September 20th. This is a total of 16 days! I cannot continue doing my laundry like this. Sears needs to come up with a better service plan. I have already spent $4,000 in laundry equipment for all of my businesses. Even if this was in my home I couldn?t go for 16 days without a washer. If you?re looking for a washer and dryer I would NOT buy it from Sears. Especially the warranty. Not to mention if I hire someone else to fix it, that will void my warranty. And customer service says that there is nothing they can do about it. Horrible warranty and customer service!
Pros: Pros are the same as everyone else
Cons: Horrible service
