Review content:
The Redmond store has the most rude staff. Forget greeting you , they glare at you when you smile and are not knowledgeable & mostly rude when u ask for help.
Customer service is awful as another reviewer stated.
Everything from apparel, accessories to appliances and tools is not worth the prices and you hv to haggle in the appliance dept. too ...and they are not going to make your experience any better with their attitude!
Their stuff is poor quality but, you go there thinking u'll get a cheap deal.
Its JUST NOT WORTH IT !! You'd be better off going to a store where shoppers are treated respectfully and you get your money's worth too.
Pros: Parking?
Cons: Everything- I wud give it a zero rating if I could.
