I am writing this review to let the entire Heber valley know how wonderful Brad Hiatt is. My father and I visited Brad on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 15, 2009 and we left VERY happy and VERY satisfied. I took my ""Subaru outback"" into Brad because the ""check engine"" light was on. Brad inspected every inch of my vehicle and while doing so provided superb customer service. Brad even went as far as to drive around the block with my father and I to ensure that the transmission and windshield wipers were working properly. When we tried to provide Brad with a tip he simply said ""I take great pleasure in serving you, it's part of my job related duty. I cannot accept your money"". I highly recommend Brad Hiatt to anyone in the Heber Valley who wishes to have a dynamic experience when having their vehicle repaired. Brad is personable, professional, thorough, compassionate, kind, caring and HONEST. Thank you for being the very BEST Brad. Thank you for making my father and I feel important.
