First I go in to buy .22 ammunition. No big deal right? its .22 ammo! i walk out with 4 boxes of ammo and a smile on my face. I get to the range and find out the kid behind the counter gave me the sub sonic ammo instead of the regular ammo and it doesn't fire through my gun. So I take the other 3 unopened sealed clear plastic boxes (that have been in my possession for less than 20 hours) back. Their mistake cost me almost 40 bucks. But since it's federal law they can't take ammo back (how convenient)....and the ""manager"" who had to be all of about 18....tells me that I need to do research before i go and purchase ammo. I will never do business here again (have spent a lot of money here in the past). So much for customer service....lets insult our customers after we make a mistake that takes money out of their pocket and puts it into ours. Great business plan guys (sarcasm)!
