Do NOT rent from here. I have had two leak problems. The second was major where carpet tech had to come in and move EVERYTHING out of the rooms into the dining room. (This was at 10:30 a.m.) They even moved things (including a computer) OUTSIDE onto the patio UNATTENDED and my husband happened to go home early (2:30 p.m.) and found all of our backroom things outside on our patio with no one around. Carpet tech did say they told management to call us to let us know stuff was left outside unattended. \r

Savannah oaks management failed to contact us properly. The first number they called was an old number, (which we were pretty sure we updated those numbers), however when i asked if they called the second number on file, they said the number was not dialed because ""it LOOKED like a non-working number, so we didn't call it"" (which it was a working number!) No one will take blame for leaving our things outside, and to them, nothing wrong was done.\r

Also, the security gate has not worked in the 1.5 years we've rented from them, and there have been robberies and car vandalizations. The laundryroom onsite is HORRIBLE! It takes tokens, and eat them all the time. \r

Management in the office changes constantly and they are VERY rude and unhelpful when it comes right down to it.\r

Not a safe, friendly place to live!
