Horrible. Manipulative tactics and outrageous prices (bait and switch). Was told one thing on the phone and then when they came out to haul --even after a visual estimate of no more than $175--they refused to take all of it and what they agreed to. Instead at the EOD during the move made me purchase an extra 'dumpster' for almost the same price to get the rest and yet this time i had to load the rest my self with no help from them. Grand total to haul was $600. Watch out they take advantage of women as well. They like to 'estimate' in ambiguous terms such as a 'quarter of the truck or filling the whole truck = x dollars. This way they can change the estimate and redefine how much you have. Even if you are under a deadline and desperate, get a WRITTEN estimate documenting exactly how much (number of bags & boxes) they will take for exactly how much $ or don't use them. You will regret it.
