David Endo, the owner, is usually to be found on the premises and his knowledge of his products is encyclopedic. He is always willing to explain in detail what a supplement is for, and he's never shy about talking a customer out of buying something that he or she might not need, even though it costs the shop a sale. In other words, an honest, informed owner with integrity. Though the shop is small the selection is excellent. The prices are competitive and, if you compare them with, say Whole Foods, the prices are downright superb.
