Its a small venue, and in my area you can sit on the roof and look across the Livernois/ Curtis neighborhood, but there are far too many wait staff that go in and out of the food pick up door empty handed, the serving process is wayyyyyyyyyy to long up to 30 minutes, you continue to get served water and no complimentary bread basket, people are mumbling and asking for their orders to no avail only a cintinued apology. I asked for iced tea and it taste just like Arizona Lemon, so I requested some sugar, I was told after waiting 15 more minutes that they didnt have any so my waitress had to open individual packets, by then my ice melted so I didnt drink it. I finally got my salad, thats right a salad with a half order of chicken and a half order of shrip in a small bowl with 1 layer of lettuce 3 mi-nute pieces of chicken and 2 shrimp. I try to support the venues in the city but seems as though the best bang for your buck is a fast food restaurant. There was someone mingling with the patrons who later put on a chefs outfit, seems like he should have taken up that course 45 minutes earlier.
