I received a massage from Trish, an awesome massage therapist. She treats you as a partner in the session, encouraging feedback and comfort. Her deep work is powerful but very slow, so it isn't painful at all. She also spoke with me both before and after the session, addressing the issues I brought to the table and how I could continue working on them on my own--no pressure to reschedule. But don't worry, I'll be back.
