Review content:
We used Premier storage when moving this year. We cleaned out the house in order to get it ready for the realtor, and found we needed an 8x10 or bigger. We went with the smaller size using the discount special and when asking ""what if we run out of room"", the answer was that we could just upgrade and prorate the charges. This sort of flexibility is awesome when you are going through a move process. Was also able to check out with no hassles and weird contract issues.
The storage unit itself was very nice. It was climate controlled so I had no issue leaving some nice wood that I was storing to make guitars from, without worrying about heat or moisture ruining it. We were on the 4th floor, but there were heavy duty carts that were easy to push when fully loaded, and the elevators were always available with minimum wait time. There is also a restroom on the 1st floor.
Overall, very nice, centralized access to the storage units, and would use again. The pricing is comparable to lots of the other (orange places) storage sites, but IMO, the new facility and easy location gives Premier the edge.
