i could barely get through the door, the place is filthy, messy with vacuums and parts strewn everywhere, i do not know how anyone could work in that mess. food on the floor, trashbags with food on the floor, dusty, musty......'Norman' is the most disagreeable person i have ever met. he had more interest in disagreeing, correcting me, and making me feel inferior than he did discussing my vacuum. i knew what the problem was, and he disagreed. the problem was NOT the belt, it was the roller bar being too slick to grip the belt....i had already replaced the belt, with a genuine part (which he harped about for at least 5 minutes). i took my vacuum to have it fixed, i knew what it needed and he argued i was wrong, that the belt was the problem, i could not open my mouth without him interrupting me or talking over me to tell me i was wrong. well i left, came home and fixed my own vacuum. i will never go into this place again, and i suggest anyone else avoid it unless you enjoy being put down, made to feel stupid and argued with. its time for him to retire to something that makes him happy, obviously this business is not for him any longer.
