Review content:
Stayed one night, bed had fleas, the adjoining door was open. But I was by myself. Upon checking out, the front desk lady seen me walk in but ignored me. Another gentleman walked in after me, she helped him then went back to ingoring me. I had to ""get"" her attention, even though I was right in front of the lady. Had to request a room receipt. She tried to say the person who checked me in ""should have given you one"" and turned to walk away from me. I had to insist she provide me with a copy of my room receipt, as I was on company time. Very rude, unfriendly front desk lady. I had intended to stay here next week, for a one week training, but now will be looking elsewhere for my lodging. I suggest you get your front desk clerk some customer service training, as she just cost you one traveler's business forever... Pros: Very quiet for being near downtown. Cons: Front desk clerk rude and unaccomodating
