I don't think this place deserves any stars. I went there to buy Redken shampoo after hours. The lady there was nice enough to let me in even though she was closed...I quickly went through with my purchase. About 10 minutes later, I decided to ask her if I could exchange it for the bigger bottle of the Redken shampoo. This stylists name was Stacey. She gave me the WORST attitude. I even said thank you to her several times and kept my respect and told her sorry for causing any trouble, when in fact I AM the customer. I can say whatever I want to her, but I didn't...but she was still so rude she didn't even say anything to me after I said thank you. She wasn't smiling either and had attitude written all over her face. That was the FIRST and LAST time I will ever buy anything from there!
I decided to return their crummy products the next day, because I found a better shampoo somewhere else. The bottle looked so used before I purchased them anyway...it also looked like they had been opened before! Most of their products looked like that. Also, I was asked why I was returning the product...that is none of their business. They were so unprofessional and rude! The lady who took the products even opened and sniffed them...I don't understand that...they already looked used before I purchased them.
I caution anyone from going to these rude people. GOOD LUCK ALL!
