I am generally not a repeat customer at salons because I am frequently disappointed in the results. I just made my 2nd trip to Sit Still and am just as happy as I was the first time. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Within a minute or two of my arrival, Mandee was out to greet me and ready to get started. The first time I went she put some gorgeous red and blond highlights and gave me this fabulous cut that makes the most of my curly hair without being hard to maintain. I went back for a touch up and a trim and Mandee whipped a notecard with my color info on it and remembered exactly what I needed.\r

When I asked her to up the ratio of red to blond, she not only listened to me (in my experience, many hairdressers think they know best and rarely listen to what I want) but told me what she was doing as she added the color to my hair. Mandee is so charming and chatty that the time just flew by and before I knew it I had gorgeous hair again.\r

I've finally found a salon and a hairdresser I love, if I ever leave LA I may pack Mandee up and take her with me!\r

Go to Sit Still, you will not be disappointed!

Cons: Parking can be tricky, bring lots of change for meters
