Review content:
Having thick, curly hair, getting the right haircut is crucial. I've always had fried hair from constant styling and I've never been able to find someone who can actually cut curly hair to make it look healthy. Every other place I've ever gone to has either destroyed my hair color (everyone seems to forget that curly hair and straight hair have to be highlighted differently) or has cut my hair into a horrible triangular mess. That is until I came to Tommy at Sit Still. Not only did he know exactly what I wanted, but he understood all the problems I've been having with a full head of curly hair. He cut my hair beautifully in concave layers and explained those were the best for my hair. He also saved me from a highlight job gone wrong, where I had asked to lighten my hair for the summer and the woman ended up giving me horrible chunky blond streaks. He went through and added some color to tone it down and evened it out and it looks great! I've gotten so many complements. I'm now a die-hard Sit Still supporter!!!
Pros: Amazing highlights, great curly hair cuts, fabulous and friendly staff
Cons: a little pricey -- but worth it
