From the beginning I had problems. Once schedule it took me a couple phone calls to obtain the invitations. They didn't send me anything else, for example, no brochures, no contract, no a little piece a paper explaining what they had to offer! At the time of paying it was also a problem, very inconvenience. The people were very rude, I honestly have to say that the hole experience was a major headache! I am a mom of 3 and I been doing a lots of birthday parties and I have to say this place was the worst of them all!!! Not to mention is also VERY expensive, you get a lot more from other places compare to this one! One of my favorites is Giggles in Rockaway (for kids 1-6 yrs. old) Pros: Clean Cons: Too expensive, people are rude, un-organize!
