Took my brand new Lexus to Golden Chassis in Greenwood after hitting a deer. My car had less than 2000 miles on it and I was devastated. Golden Chassis not only made the car look like it had never been in an accident, but their staff went above and beyond in comforting me. The girls up front took the time to explain how the claim process would be handled from start to finish. Jason, the manager, explained in detail what they would be doing to my car. When he could tell I obviously didn't quite understand what he was talking about, he took me on a tour of their wonderful facility and showed me other vehicles in various stages of repair. When I came to pick up my car, Jason again took the time to explain what had been done and answer all of my questions. Best of all, my brand new car was brand new again. Thank you Jason, and thank you Golden Chassis!
