**Shampagne Hair Salon, Burbank, CA. I really do feel saddened when someone is not truly happy and blame their customers . As I have been done retail business in my whole entire life . I went here and had my hair done , as I spoke and made my appoint...ment to the receptionist and told me the price and as she confirmed it to the hairstylist of the price . But when I got there , the hairstylist was totally annoyed ! As I had told them that I am only going of what they had told me . So they need to grant that original price . FYI , I had given her a wonderful tip besides her fees. I am generous when someone did their job good . But right now , the problem is I do know that the economy has affected a lot of people . And probably , haristylists are having the same dilemma as well.........so when I made my second appt. I was told that it was $50 ...and so I agree...now as I am going back...to see her...Then again she changed her price to $55...(GREED) or should I say...I am getting played by someone that can't make any money anymore but wants to charge her customers any price as she wants bec. she was MAD! As I have not done any wrong doings to her...as the receptionist told me the very beginning of the charges...and as for me to follow it ...and told her what I was told at first . ????Hmmmmmmmmmmm....VERY POOR personality......VERY UNHAPPY PERSON IS SHE?.......FOR A MERE OF $5 DOLLARS YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY ? I SAY...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE...........BEC. I AM GETTING A RUN AROUND AND A VERY UNHAPPY HAIRSTYLIST WILL NEVER GET A LOT OF GOOD AND DEDICATED CUSTOMERS !
