Saturday at 5:30 pm we arrived. No one greeted us at the door. None of the tables were prepared. Several tables had dirty plates left from lunch. We were the only customers when we arrived. The waitress pointed us to a booth and piled cutlery, napkins and glasses in the center of the table for us to sort out. No music was playing. It took 15 minutes to get a drink order and another 10 for our food order. The food that came was EXCELLENT, but the poor service continued. My rice didn't come until the end of the meal. No one checked on us. We waited 15 minutes after we finishing for our table to be cleared. AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE RESTAURANT BY THEN!!! We complained and asked for the manager. The waiter shrugged and said no one was in. We left no tip.
Pros: Excellent food
Cons: Terrible Service, Disorganized, Dirty tables abound
