Traveling from NC to GA for almost a year I've eaten at many Asian restaurants, on recommendations of locals, and there's not one that I've been to twice ... until now. Last week I was in a retail shop and overheard a conversation at the cashier station. The shopper had just come from Green Lotus or was on her way. Her description of just the Fried Rice (of which I'm not a fan) made me curious enough to visit. Am I glad I did. I've eaten there three times since last week, with my fiancee who is a local but had never eaten here. The Won Ton Soup is divine. Won Ton's are light and tender; Chinese Noodles are broad, crispy and addictive. The only appetizer I've had are the Pot Stickers, excellent. Entrees: Phoenix and Dragon, Teriyaki Chicken, Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef ... all with Fried Rice. The food is so flavorful and fresh I would be hard pressed to believe anything was mass produced ahead of time. If you have to wait for your soup to be prepared, it's worth it! Pros: Freshly prepared, attentive/pleasant staff, excellent value Cons: Closed on Tuesday
