A friend recommend me to call this company after renters had destroyed my carpets or so I thought. After calling and explaining the problem, Tiffany said she would send a tech out to look at the carpet to see if it was cleanable. My appointment was made at my convenience, which I forgot about and did'nt show up for. The tech called, and I explained I had forgotten but I could come later. He was very understanding, and came back later that day. He did a test area on the carpet and I was amazed, he said the price for the cleaning would be $150.00 for the five rooms. Wow! I would have thought it would have been alot more. The carpets were so nasty I would have been willing to pay double that. The tech finished the job, the carpets look amazing. Thanks so much to everyone at Chem-Dry of OKC/Edmond. You saved me!
