Carpet still wet next day!\r
Well, one day after Chem-Dry has been here and I still can not put my furniture in the living room because the carpet is still wet. They came back and tried to dry it up but that didn't work. The tech tried to say my ceiling was leaking, which it isn't. He wanted to know if I had a ladder, so we went to get it and when he checked the ceiling for moisture he did not find any, of course. Seemed to me they were trying to blame everything else but their cleaning process. So after spending two days with them here at my home the carpet is still wet and I am waiting to put my furniture back.\r
No, I will not recommend them to my friends or enemies!
