This place is amazing. I can't rave enough about it! I was introduced to it by friends. We live in the Hickory Hollow, and we frequent it so often, the owners practically know what we'll order. Last time I went they had someone new working there, which takes the staff up to 4. Although the service is usually great, don't be disappointed if it's not on a busy night. The lunch menu is awesome! Two people can eat for around $10, and they give you very big portions. The food is always good, and I refuse to eat at any other Chinese restuarant. Friends who have moved from this area have yet to find anything that matches the quality of China Chef, and people I take there agree they have never had anything so good!
Pros: friendly staff, never, have to wait,great , food and prices
Cons: slow service on, busy nights, but , hardly ever that busy
