Review content:
Went into BJ's this morning to get my tires rotated...There was only one person working and he was a technician...Left his job in the work bay to come greet me. I told him I was there to have my tire rotated. I gave him my original receipt and he asked me to fill out the work order which I though was unusual...Afterwards he said "" I hope you have alot of time because it will be about 3 hours"" afterwhich I said nevermind and left. Terrible customer service..only 1 technician and he left his job to come greet me...No Customer Service here at all.
