I am a big fan of BWW food. The wings are great, the chicken strips are enjoyable, cheese sticks are stupendous, and the sauce selection is wonderful. This BWW had extremely bad service and a very crammed atmosphere. The music was so loud that I couldn't hear the person next to me who was talking. This wasn't that big of a deal until we got our food. The sauce our wings were cooked in was real bad. I told the waitress and she said she was sorry and took them and said she would replace them with another sauce. I was very happy with that. Well, when they were brought back, the same nasty sauce was still there under a coating of the new sauce. I was so aggrivated with this. Our drinks were only refilled once that night, and our waitress was not to be seen again after she ""fixed"" our wings. Very disappointing experience.

Cons: Horrible Service, Extremely loud environment, Terrible service
