I think it's unfair that because a Terry Fowler store has come under fire from a ""scorned consumer"", that other franchise owners are by default under fire because this review from JasonThomas automatically pops up and is attached to any Texaco Xpress lube queries.
You'll find that not each and every location has an attatchment to Terry Fowler. It's fair to regonize Texaco Xpress Lube owners as independent and as only carrying the brand name. Each store's owners are worlds apart.
