Review content:
I feel badly writing a bad review with all the GOOD reviews up...but in the off-chance that this might help someone...then so be it. \r
\r
i paid a quite a bit of money to get what i thought would be a ""personal training experience"" (aka: they know what your goals are, they're focused on YOU), but what i got was nothing of the sort. don't get me wrong, my bum HURT the next day...but for the money, i'm pretty sure ANY trainer could have hurt me that way (and for half the price). \r
\r
if you're looking for a good workout, look around then come here (especially if money is no object). but if you're looking for exceptional one-on-one training...don't go. \r

the gym is clean and bright. parking is a con. so is the attitude you get when you birng up a 'complaint.'
Pros: quiet.
Cons: parking. not really one-one-one type of mentality.
