The nicest bunch of people to get help from. The second chance renters course was fun and a valuable\r
education whether you be a tenant-to-be or landlord. The class learned everything from how to be energy\r
efficient to landlord-tenant mediation, but even snack time was a pic nic. That's right, food in the middle of\r
a light hearted class room (casual) setting. Katie is the ever present support system built in to help people\r
of all walks in finding affordable and permanent housing. What a nice lady. There is Preston who teaches\r
computor skills and a host of other friendly volunteers. Well, there it is, my first time review. I hope if you\r
are in Medford you'll check to see what they are sponsoring next. Sat. the 9th 2008 they are having a\r
fashion show at 2:00pm- only $15.00 at the door. Morning Star
Pros: friendly, genuine concern and resourses
Cons: a little cramped and crowded, but not bad
