If there was an option for zero stars here, that's what this company would get. We ended up buying a house that was listed with this company. When we had driven by the home and picked up the flyer about it, the sweet old lady who lived there invited us in to take a look inside, so we did. The next day, my partner phoned CMS to ask them about the policy of this 55+ manufactured home park since we wanted to make an offer on the home. Upon finding out that we would qualify, we called our agent from NW Homebuyers, Janell, whom we had been working with for the past few months as we were looking for homes. She is amazing, but that is for another review. When Janell called CMS to tell them that we wanted to make an offer, she talked to Alesea (not sure about the spelling of her name), who proceded to yell at Janell and accuse her of stealing their client from them, and trying to steal their commission!! Not at all professional to be yelling, even if that was true. But it wasn't even true, since we had been working with Janell for months already, and we had only called CMS about the rules of the park to see if we qualify or else we would not bother putting in an offer on the home. The only reason that Janell even told us about this conversation is because she wanted to make sure that we were wanting her to represent us, and had not felt pressured to do so in any way, because of the carry on of CMS. Alesea continued to be difficult throughout the whole buying process, but we decided to continue with this home anyway because the lady who was selling it is a dear and because we wanted the home. When we went into the CMS office for the final signing of the papers at sale, we walked into the office. Alesea was sitting at a table, and did not even stand to greet us. None of us had ever met her before, so we weren't sure that it was even her. I came in and introduced myself and my partner, Janell introduced herself, and the Alesea just said ""ok"", not bothering to introduce herself. We had to actually ask her if she was indeed Alesea! She was very unfriendly throughout our time there, so we just signed what needed to be done as quickly as possible, and made a hasty exit. I would have reported Alesea's bad behaviour to her boss, but I came to find out that it is her parents who own the company! I may report her anyway, but it will probably fall on deaf ears.
