Be warned. This is not the same Panchos Villa it used to be. Used to wait for an hour for my spot, now I'll start hunting for a better option. I've lived in San Ann my entire life, and it's sad to see a true landmark go downhill so quickly. My relatives in Tampa used to drive down every month just so we could eat here. \r
To start, parking spaces taken up by the staff. My water ""glass"" was dirty. The carnitas tasted old. Prices are WAY too high now. Our waitress was great, but the manager/owner was VERY rude to someone in the back of the restaurant. Everyone in the dining room just stared at each other in disbelief. I honestly think there may be something wrong with him. \r
Any suggestions on newer places in Z or SA, please post.\r
