i would have never known about this waffle house unless i actually walked around the plaza. this is a nice hidden country decorated waffle house that makes you feel like family. i bet it's less crowded on the weekdays, but luckily we got there before the brunch rush and were seated right away. i love breakfast food so this place was perfect for me. my boyfriend got the corned beef hash which comes w/ half a belgian and i ordered the avocado omelette breakfast burrito style w/ sausage which came with a belgian waffle. both of our orders were extremely delicious. my favorite part was the waffles, they were so light and airy. the batter was not thick like other waffles @ restaurants i've tried before. i am definitely going to go here again. if you google morethanwaffle you'll be able to find their website. hope you'll enjoy their food as much as i did.
