Rick from Complete Chimney Cleaning just left our house. His customer service was great. He called yesterday to confirm he'd be here between 11a and 1p today, then he showed up about noon. Not only did he clean our chimney and fireplace, he also showed us that we have a secondary flue and how it works. There was zero mess, and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Best of all--no upsell. The price of $99.95 was the price. I will definitely use this service again.
