I was contracted by the Navarro Security Group to help respond to and RFP in March 2008; their conmpany officer signed a legal contract. The terms of the contract on my end were exceeded and delivered on time; Narrarro has never paid me. If this is how they treat there subcontracts I would stop and wonder if they deliver on their service contracts. They have been billed every month since April 1, 2008 and it is now November 2008.\r
