I am an insurance agent and have been using Auto Collision Specialists for more than 14 years now. They have worked on well over 1,000 (probably closer to 2,000) vehicles for me and have done an exceptional job on every single one. I have had an over 90-percent retention rate. If we ever did have a problem, their statement is "I'll take of it," and they live up to that every day.
I initially started using their service when I was new to the Northern Colorado area and had a brand new vehicle with a bad smudge on it. The dealership told me I could go anywhere to get it fixed and they would take care of the cost. So, I drove around and found Auto Collision Specialists. Mike Morris came out and met me. He told me exactly what he was going to do and delivered it when he said it would be done. They did a magnificent job.
Prior to my experience with Mike, I had used other shops and not once had a vehicle that had been fixed correctly, to my satisfaction. I was always told that I was too detail-oriented. With Auto Collision Specialists, if it is ever not perfect, Mike and Deb will take care of it. They are fantastic.
