Poor service, specializing in repackaged previous releases, Michael McPherson (OWNER) is very volatile to questions and when I experienced an error trying to order on his site he told me after being a customer since 1995 to take my business elsewhere. Pretty shabby treatment when I was being respectful and still hard to believe as I started out placing my orders by phone to his charming wife. In this economy I would expect a business would treat a long-term, frequent customer who places minimum orders of $100 a pop on CD's and DVD's one can download for free or purchase elsewhere with proper professional customer service. Mr. McPherson lacks those skills so, as he told me he wasn't to be bothered to take my business elsewhere and I have I can only suggest this is a business that is too busy to care or need your business so save yourself the trouble and take your business anywhere but Neh Records. Amazon, Imoulse Music, AOR Heaven are all wonderful places to start.
