After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I ate at this restaurant at the end of September 08. After receiving my credit card statement, I had a billing dispute. I faxed a letter to the restaurant on October 23, 2008 requesing a copy of my receipt. Three weeks later, I still had not received a copy of the receipt, so I went to the restaurant in person to demand a receipt. I was faxed a receipt the next day. However, after reviewing the receipt, I still have a billing dispute with this restaurant. The following day, I left a message for the manager/operating partner, who had faxed me the receipt, and I told him that I was still disputing the bill and asked for a call back. It has now been 3 days, and the magager/operating partner has not returned my phone call. I feel I will have no choice but to dispute this bill in writing with the credit card company. I am tired of being ignored with what I feel is a legitimate billing dispute. Given the prices they charge for food, I would expect much better service and more professionalism from them. They have permanently lost my business.
