Review content:
I started using this cleaners earlier this year. I used them several times. When I went back to pick up an item, I stood there at the front desk waiting for the lady to bring back my item. I thought that they had lost it. However, after about 15 min. of waiting for the attendant to return, a grumpy guy walked in holding my item. It was all wrinkled, and had not been processed. This guy didn`t even say hello, or introduce himself to me. He just mumbled ""have you soaked this in bleach"". I said NO!!!! I had not. He then started pulling the back fabric from the item and he said over and over again, this has been soaked in something... I then informed him that the item had been taken to HIS cleaners the last few times that it was cleaned. He said no!!!! I then said look it up!! I got madder and madder as he talked to me like a dog!!! IHe then asked me how much did I pay for the item? Where did I get it? I then told him the answeres and he called me a liar!!!! I have NEVER been talked to like this in all of my life!!! He was a rude, crude, very unprofessional ahole! Yje lady then started chiming in and putting her two cents into it. I then demanded to be reimbrused for THEIR mistake! He then said that I would have to bring a receipt to show how much that I paid for the item. WHAT???? I said HELL NO!!! It is not my burden, it is THEIR mistake! I will update here when I get this resolved with them. I would STAY AWAY from these rude aholes!!!!
