GREAT SERVICE!!!! We found 4 Less after driving to Oaks to go to The Dump. We decided to just stop by and look after not finding anything we liked at The Dump. 4 Less has a good selection of furniture for everyone's budget. They have many different fabrics to choose from to make the furniture uniquely your own. Our salesman was Thomas, the owner. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We found just what we wanted and he patiently helped us find coordinating fabrics for our furniture. We were told that it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately for us, the sixth week, fell right at Thanksgiving and our furniture was no where in sight. I was giving a dinner party for 18 people for Thanksgiving and without the furniture my guests would need to sit on the floor. Phil took over in trying to locate our furniture and see if it would arrive in time. They set up a delivery date for Wednesday before Thanksgiving just in case it was on their Tuesday truck. When I explained my dilemma, they offered to deliver loaner furniture to us if the furniture didn't come. What more could anyone ask for? I declined their offer as I thought that was over and above what I could expect. Luckily for me the furniture came and the men delivered and set it up just in time for my dinner. We were so impressed with everyone's concern and caring attitude. We appreciate the great service and furniture is beautiful. We will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you 4 Less.
