I was driving up to Canada from Tennessee and when I hit Ohio my car just would not start. Big Truck and Auto Truck Trailer was the only place I could find that said they would get to work on my car immediately-they were even ordering parts as my car was being towed to their location. They understood I was on a tight time frame, and even though they were busy, they got right to work on my car. The environment was friendly, the work was thorough (they showed and explained everything to me-turns out I needed a new clutch switch), and I was out of there in a couple of hours. One of their wives even got me a McDonalds coffee and yogurt because she knew I was all alone and stranded! I highly recemmend their services to any one in surrounding areas, or just passing through!
