Businiess name:  Syracuse Community Health Center

\r \r As a resident of the West Side and from the Spanish speaking population in Syracuse, I really thought that the community health center has the mission of providing the community with a excellent health care and professionalism. I call to make an emergency appointment for a person that just speak Spanish and the lady that answer the phone at 8:30 am was rude, disrespectful and didn't had any consideration for the patient condition. I explained to her the need of the client to speak to a Spanish speaking doctor without an interpreter because of the nature condition and she clearly state that "" that is not my business"". I really think that for a place that deals with so many clients, the staff needs to be oriented about human services and the reason of their job. It is pretty sad that the community has to deal with this kind of people during the moment when you just need help. Pros: ""spanish speaking provider"" Cons: terrible staff
