I give Jim two thumbs up. In December 2011 Jim and his associate did a great job tiling our kitchen. Both of them were a pleasure to work with. Jim was reliable, respectful and always in contact with me throughout the job. After completing the job he was kind enough to install two shelves in our house that my husband never had time to hang and then came back promptly for some touch ups despite it being during the week between Christmas and New Years. I highly recommend him and his firm to anyone needing some work done on their home or apartment.
